This is a combination medicine containing three active ingredients: Aceclofenac (a painkiller that reduces inflammation), Paracetamol (which brings down pain and fever), and Serratiopeptidase (an enzyme that reduces swelling). Together, they work to relieve pain, reduce swelling, and bring down fever faster than any one of them alone.
Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes (aceclofenac and paracetamol), reducing prostaglandin synthesis to decrease pain and inflammation, while serratiopeptidase proteolytically degrades inflammatory mediators and fibrin, enhancing tissue repair and reducing post-inflammatory swelling.
