Vitamin B Complex Supplement
Brand of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6; Nicotinamide; Sodium D-Pantothenate
Last reviewed June 2026
Who is this for?
This is a combination of B-vitamins (B1, B2, and B6) along with nicotinamide (vitamin B3) and sodium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5) that work together to help your body produce energy, support your nerves, and keep your skin, eyes, and blood healthy.
Serves as essential coenzyme precursors for thiamine pyrophosphate (B1), flavin adenine dinucleotide (B2), pyridoxal phosphate (B6), nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (Nicotinamide), and coenzyme A (Pantothenate), facilitating critical enzymatic reactions in carbohydrate metabolism, energy production, amino acid metabolism, and nervous system function. Replenishes depleted B vitamin stores to restore normal cellular metabolism and reverse neurological and metabolic manifestations of deficiency states.

As an injection (like Pemacomb Injection), it is usually given by a healthcare worker into a muscle or vein. The usual adult dose is 1 ampoule daily or as directed by your doctor. Do not inject yourself at home — let a trained nurse or doctor handle it.
If you miss your scheduled injection, go for it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Do not take a double dose.
Always get your injections from a licensed hospital, clinic, or pharmacy — do not patronise roadside medicine vendors. Make sure the injection is administered with a new, sterile needle and syringe. Complete the full course your doctor prescribed even if you start feeling better.
Vitamin B6 in high doses can reduce the effect of levodopa (a Parkinson's disease drug). Some antibiotics like chloramphenicol may reduce the effectiveness of B vitamins. Alcohol can reduce how well your body absorbs B vitamins, so reduce alcohol intake while on treatment.
