How to take this drug

For adults, take 1 to 2 tablets daily, usually with food to help your body absorb it better and reduce the chance of stomach upset. If you are using a syrup like Becovit or Chemiron Vitamin B-Complex Syrup, follow the dosage on the bottle — usually 1 to 2 teaspoons (5-10ml) daily. Injections like Biocombi or Kabiplex are given by a healthcare worker.

What if I Miss a Dose?

If you forget to take your dose, just take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as normal. No need to double up — it is just a vitamin supplement.

What to watch out for

Buy from reputable pharmacies — avoid buying vitamin supplements from roadside sellers or bus hawkers as they may be expired, fake, or stored in extreme heat. Do not take more than the recommended dose thinking it will work faster — your body will just flush out the excess. If you are taking other multivitamins, check that you are not doubling up on the same vitamins.
