How to take this drug

For general supplementation, adults usually take 1 softgel capsule (400–1000 IU) once daily with food. Taking it with a meal that contains some fat or oil helps your body absorb it better. What if I Miss a Dose?

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Don't double up to make up for a missed dose — vitamin E in excess can be harmful.
