Who is this for?
This is a combination drug containing two blood pressure medicines: Telmisartan and Amlodipine. Telmisartan relaxes your blood vessels by blocking a chemical that tightens them, while Amlodipine works by opening up your blood vessels so blood flows more easily. Together, they lower high blood pressure more effectively than either one alone.
Blocks angiotensin II type 1 (AT1) receptors to reduce vasoconstriction and aldosterone secretion, while amlodipine inhibits L-type calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle to promote vasodilation, resulting in synergistic blood pressure reduction.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Never take two tablets at once to make up for a missed dose.
