How to take this drug

For adults, the usual dose is 10ml (two teaspoonfuls) of syrup taken once or twice daily, or as directed by your doctor. You can take it before or after food, but taking it with food may reduce stomach upset. Brands like Lycofer Syrup are commonly available in Nigeria.

What if I Miss a Dose?

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for it.

What to watch out for
