How to take this drug

For adults, put 1 to 2 drops into each affected eye 4 times a day (morning, afternoon, evening, and bedtime). Space the doses evenly throughout the day. Wash your hands before using. Tilt your head back, pull down your lower eyelid, and squeeze the drop in. Do not let the tip of the bottle touch your eye. This medicine works best when used regularly — it prevents allergy symptoms rather than stopping them once they start.

What if I Miss a Dose?

If you forget a dose, use it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Do not double up drops to make up for the one you missed.

What to watch out for

Buy only from reputable pharmacies — avoid buying eye drops from roadside sellers or open markets as improper storage can spoil the medicine and cause serious eye infections. Do not share your eye drops with anyone else, even if they have similar symptoms, to avoid spreading infections. Drug Interactions

Sodium cromoglicate eye drops have very few drug interactions since they mainly act locally in the eye. If you use contact lenses, remove them before applying the drops and wait at least 15 minutes before putting them back in.
