This is a gripe water — a liquid remedy that combines sodium bicarbonate (an antacid that neutralizes stomach acid), dill oil (which helps relax the stomach and reduce gas), and ginger tincture (which soothes the stomach and helps with digestion). It works by relieving trapped gas and calming an upset tummy.

For adults, take one to two teaspoons (5-10 ml) after meals or when you feel stomach discomfort. You can take it up to 3 times a day. It can be taken directly or mixed with a little water.
Gripe water is taken as needed, not on a strict schedule. If you forget to give it, simply give the next dose when symptoms appear. Do not double up.
Buy only trusted brands like Afrab Gripe Water, Avro Gripewater, or Krishat Gripe Water from reputable pharmacies — avoid buying from roadside sellers or open markets where storage conditions are poor.
