Who is this for?
This is a combination drug containing two medicines: Ramipril, which relaxes your blood vessels, and Hydrochlorothiazide, which helps your kidneys flush out extra water and salt. Together, they work to lower your blood pressure more effectively than either one alone.
Inhibits angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), reducing angiotensin II formation and decreasing vasoconstriction and aldosterone secretion; simultaneously blocks sodium reabsorption in the distal convoluted tubule, promoting sodium and water excretion to reduce blood volume and vascular resistance.
High blood pressure (hypertension), especially when one medicine alone is not enough to control it

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as normal. Never take two doses at once to make up for a missed one.

Alcohol can make dizziness and lightheadedness worse, so limit or avoid drinking.
