This is a combination drug that contains three active ingredients working together: Paracetamol reduces fever and pain, Pseudoephedrine unblocks your stuffy nose by shrinking swollen blood vessels in your nasal passages, and Chlorphenamine stops the sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes caused by allergies.
Inhibits COX enzymes to reduce prostaglandin synthesis, thereby decreasing pain and fever; blocks α-adrenergic receptors in nasal vasculature causing vasoconstriction and reducing congestion; and antagonizes H1 histamine receptors to suppress allergic responses including rhinorrhoea, sneezing, and lacrimation.

Since this drug is usually taken only when you have symptoms, there is no strict schedule. If you forget a dose, take it when you remember, but do not double up; just skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next one.
Do not combine this with other cold medicines or paracetamol products, as many Nigerian cold remedies contain the same ingredients, and doubling up can seriously damage your liver. This medicine causes drowsiness, so avoid driving okada, keke, or car after taking it. Buy only from licensed pharmacies and check the expiry date; avoid buying from roadside sellers or bus hawkers.
Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it increases drowsiness and can damage your liver. Do not combine with other paracetamol-containing drugs (like Panadol or other cold medicines) as this can cause liver damage from overdose. Avoid taking with blood pressure medications, as pseudoephedrine can raise your blood pressure.
