How to take this drug

Adults should take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed, but do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. You can take it with or without food, but taking it with a little food can help if it upsets your stomach. Swallow with a full glass of water.

What if I Miss a Dose?

Since this medicine is taken only when you have symptoms, there is no strict schedule. If you forget a dose, just take it when you remember, but make sure you do not take more than the maximum daily dose.

What to watch out for

Do not combine this with other paracetamol products like Boska or Hedex — too much paracetamol can seriously damage your liver. This medicine can make you very drowsy, so avoid driving okada, keke, or car after taking it. Buy only from licensed pharmacies, not roadside sellers, and always check the expiry date on the pack.

Drug Interactions

Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine as it can make you very drowsy and can increase the risk of liver damage. Avoid taking other paracetamol-containing medicines (like Procold, Combiflam, or another cold medicine) at the same time to prevent overdose. If you are taking blood pressure medications, talk to your doctor first because phenylephrine can raise your blood pressure.

or menthol. People with severe high blood pressure

liver problems
glaucoma (high eye pressure)
difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate
or those currently taking MAO inhibitor medicines. Not suitable for children under 6 years.
