This is a combination drug containing two medicines — Ofloxacin (an antibiotic) and Tinidazole (an anti-infection medicine) — that work together to kill bacteria and other harmful germs (like amoeba and certain parasites) causing infections in your body.
Inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV (ofloxacin), preventing DNA replication and transcription, while disrupting protozoal and anaerobic bacterial DNA structure through free radical generation and direct DNA strand breakage (tinidazole).

The usual adult dose is 1 tablet twice daily (morning and night) for 5 to 7 days, depending on the type of infection. Take it with a glass of water, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset. Always complete the full course your pharmacist or doctor prescribed, even if you start feeling better.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Do not take two tablets at once to make up for the missed dose.

Avoid taking antacids (like aluminium or magnesium-containing drugs) at the same time as this medicine, as they reduce its effectiveness — space them at least 2 hours apart. Be cautious if you are on blood thinners like warfarin, as Tinidazole can increase bleeding risk.
