This is a topical pain-relieving combination that contains methyl salicylate (a pain reliever from the aspirin family) and levomenthol (a cooling agent from mint). When applied to the skin, methyl salicylate reduces pain and inflammation while menthol creates a cooling sensation that distracts you from the pain.
Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by blocking COX enzymes (methyl salicylate) while activating TRPM8 cold receptors (levomenthol), producing dual analgesic and counter-irritant effects that reduce localized pain and inflammation through topical application.

Since this is used only when you have pain, there is no strict dosing schedule. Simply apply it when you feel pain, but do not use more than 3 to 4 times a day.
Do not use a heating pad, hot water bottle, or bandage tightly over the area where you applied the product as this can cause serious skin burns.
