This is an antacid and anti-gas combination medicine that works by neutralizing excess stomach acid and relieving gas (bloating). The magnesium hydroxide, magnesium trisilicate, and calcium carbonate fight the acid while simethicone breaks up gas bubbles in your stomach.
Neutralizes gastric acid through direct chemical reaction with hydrochloric acid, raising intragastric pH and reducing acid-induced irritation of the gastric mucosa. Simethicone reduces surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract, promoting coalescence and facilitating expulsion of flatulence.
