Who is this for?
This is a combination cream that contains three active ingredients: fluocinolone (a steroid that reduces swelling, redness, and itching), miconazole (an antifungal that kills fungal infections), and gentamicin (an antibiotic that kills bacteria). Together, they treat skin infections that involve inflammation, fungus, and bacteria at the same time.
Inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis via lanosterol 14α-demethylase (miconazole), suppresses bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit (gentamicin), and activates glucocorticoid receptors to reduce inflammatory cytokines and immune cell infiltration (fluocinolone).

Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area of skin 2 to 3 times a day. Gently rub it in. Wash your hands before and after applying unless your hands are the area being treated. Use it for the number of days your doctor or pharmacist tells you — usually 2 to 4 weeks.
If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next application, skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not apply extra cream to make up for the missed dose.
Important for antibiotics
Always complete the full course even if you feel better. Stopping early can cause the infection to return and become drug-resistant.
Do not use this cream as a bleaching cream or for longer than your doctor prescribes — long-term use of steroid creams can permanently damage your skin. Buy only from a licensed pharmacy, not roadside vendors, as fake versions are common in Nigeria. Complete the full course even if the rash looks better, otherwise the infection can come back stronger.
Avoid using other steroid creams or ointments on the same area at the same time as this can increase side effects. Do not apply other skin products like bleaching creams or strong soaps on the treated area. If you are using warfarin (blood thinner), mention this cream to your doctor as miconazole may interact with it.
