This is a multivitamin and mineral supplement that combines iron (ferrous fumarate), several B vitamins, vitamin A, vitamin C, folic acid, zinc, and other nutrients to help your body stay healthy, build strong blood, and support your immune system.
Replenishes essential micronutrients by supplying iron for haemoglobin synthesis, B vitamins as coenzymes for energy metabolism and red blood cell formation, vitamin A for immune function and vision, vitamin C for collagen synthesis and antioxidant protection, and zinc for immune cell development and protein synthesis. These cofactors restore enzymatic function in one-carbon metabolism, oxidative phosphorylation, and cellular immunity, thereby correcting deficiency-related anaemia, fatigue, and immunosuppression.

Explore this drug
Take 1 capsule once daily, preferably with food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow it whole with a full glass of water. It is best taken after a meal. You may know this product as King Capsule.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not take two capsules at once to make up for a missed dose.
Always buy from a licensed pharmacy — avoid roadside sellers or open market vendors, as fake supplements are common in Nigeria. Keep iron-containing supplements far away from children, as accidental overdose of iron can be fatal in young children. Do not take more than the recommended dose thinking it will work faster — too much vitamin A and iron can be harmful.
Do not take this supplement at the same time as antacids or tetracycline antibiotics like doxycycline, as it reduces their effectiveness — space them at least 2 hours apart. Avoid taking it with tea or coffee as these can reduce iron absorption. Alcohol can worsen stomach irritation and reduce vitamin absorption.

This supplement is generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding and may even be beneficial, but consult your doctor first to confirm the doses of vitamin A and iron are appropriate for you.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat — Nigerian weather can be very hot, so do not leave it on a windowsill or inside a hot car. Keep the container tightly closed to avoid moisture. Always keep it out of reach of children, as iron overdose is very dangerous for small children.
