How to take this drug

Adults usually take 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) once or twice daily, preferably before or during meals to reduce stomach upset. Shake the bottle well before use. Follow the dosage on your specific product label or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

What if I Miss a Dose?

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not take a double dose to make up for it.

Antacids (like aluminium or magnesium-containing drugs) can reduce iron absorption. Tea and coffee can also reduce how well your body absorbs the iron, so avoid drinking them around the time you take your dose.

Who Should NOT Take This
