This is a combination cream containing three active ingredients: dexamethasone (a steroid that reduces swelling and itching), clotrimazole (an antifungal that kills fungus), and gentamicin (an antibiotic that fights bacteria). It works by tackling skin infections caused by fungus and bacteria while calming inflammation at the same time.
Inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis (clotrimazole), suppresses inflammatory cytokines and immune response via glucocorticoid receptors (dexamethasone), and inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit (gentamicin), providing combined antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial action against mixed skin infections.

If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next application, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not apply a double amount to make up for it.
Important for antibiotics
Always complete the full course even if you feel better. Stopping early can cause the infection to return and become drug-resistant.
