This is a combination cream that contains a very strong steroid (clobetasol) to reduce swelling, redness, and itching on the skin, plus an antibiotic (neomycin) that kills bacteria that may be causing or worsening a skin infection.
Binds to glucocorticoid receptors to suppress inflammatory cytokine production and immune cell infiltration, while neomycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, eliminating secondary infection.

Do not use this cream on your face, groin, or armpits for a long time, as these areas have thin skin that damages easily.
