This is a combination cream containing three active ingredients: clobetasol (a very strong steroid that reduces swelling, redness and itching), miconazole (an antifungal that kills fungus/yeast), and gentamicin (an antibiotic that kills bacteria). Together, they treat skin infections caused by a mix of fungus and bacteria.
Inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis (miconazole), suppresses inflammatory pathways via glucocorticoid receptor activation (clobetasol), and inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit (gentamicin), providing combined anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antibacterial effects.

If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next application, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not apply double the amount to make up for it.
Important for antibiotics
Always complete the full course even if you feel better. Stopping early can cause the infection to return and become drug-resistant.
Do not use this cream as a 'toning' or skin-lightening product. Many Nigerians misuse steroid creams for bleaching, which causes serious long-term skin damage. Always get it from a licensed pharmacy, not from market sellers or roadside vendors. Stop using after the period your doctor or pharmacist recommended, as using it too long can permanently damage your skin.
