What is this drug?

This is a combination antacid and reflux medicine — the calcium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate neutralize excess stomach acid, while the sodium alginate forms a protective raft that floats on top of your stomach contents to stop acid from coming back up into your throat. It is commonly sold as Gaviscon in Nigeria.
