This is a calcium and vitamin D supplement that combines two forms of calcium (calcium carbonate and dicalcium phosphate) with Vitamin D3 to help your body build and maintain strong bones and teeth. Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb the calcium properly.
Replenishes serum and intracellular calcium by facilitating intestinal absorption through vitamin D3-mediated activation of the vitamin D receptor, promoting calcium-binding protein synthesis and enhancing bone mineralization and homeostasis. Dicalcium phosphate provides supplemental phosphate essential for hydroxyapatite crystal formation in bone matrix.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Don't take two doses at once to make up for it.
Buy from a reputable pharmacy, not roadside sellers, and check the NAFDAC number on the pack to make sure it is genuine. Do not take more than the recommended dose thinking it will work faster, as too much calcium can cause kidney problems. If you are taking other medications, space them at least 2 hours apart from this supplement.
Do not take this supplement at the same time as antibiotics like tetracycline or ciprofloxacin, as calcium can stop them from working properly, so space them at least 2 hours apart. Iron supplements should also be taken separately. If you are taking blood pressure or heart medications, inform your doctor before starting this supplement.
