Bimatoprost/Timolol (sold as Ganfort Eye Drops in Nigeria) is a combination eye drop that contains two medicines which work together to reduce pressure inside the eye — bimatoprost helps fluid drain out of the eye more easily, while timolol reduces the amount of fluid the eye produces.

High eye pressure (glaucoma)increased pressure inside the eye (ocular hypertension) that could damage your sight if not treated
