Who is this for?
This is a combination skin medicine that contains betamethasone (a steroid that reduces swelling, redness, and itching) and salicylic acid (which softens and helps peel away thick, rough skin). Together, they calm irritated skin and help remove scaly patches so the medicine can work better underneath.
Binds to glucocorticoid receptors to suppress inflammatory cytokine production and immune cell activity, while salicylic acid softens and removes hyperkeratotic tissue by disrupting intercellular lipids, thereby reducing scaling and allowing enhanced steroid penetration.
