Who is this for?
This is a combination cream that contains a steroid (beclomethasone) to reduce swelling and itching, two antifungals (clotrimazole and tolnaftate) to kill fungal infections, and an antibiotic (gentamicin) to fight bacterial infections on the skin.
Inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis (tolnaftate and clotrimazole), suppresses bacterial protein synthesis via 30S ribosomal subunit binding (gentamicin), and activates glucocorticoid receptors to reduce inflammatory cytokines and immune cell infiltration (beclomethasone), providing synergistic coverage against mixed dermatophytic, bacterial, and inflammatory skin infections.

If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next application, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not apply double the amount to make up for a missed dose.
Important for antibiotics
Always complete the full course even if you feel better. Stopping early can cause the infection to return and become drug-resistant.
Do not use this cream for longer than your doctor or pharmacist recommends, as long-term use of steroid creams can damage your skin permanently.
