This is a combination cream containing three active ingredients: beclometasone (a steroid that reduces swelling and itching), miconazole (an antifungal that kills fungus), and neomycin (an antibiotic that kills bacteria). Together, they treat skin infections that involve inflammation, fungus, and bacteria at the same time.
Inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis and bacterial protein translation while binding glucocorticoid receptors to suppress inflammatory cytokine production, providing combined antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory action against polymicrobial skin infections.
