Who is this for?
This is a combination medicine containing three active ingredients: Atorvastatin (which lowers cholesterol), Perindopril Arginine (which relaxes blood vessels to lower blood pressure), and Amlodipine (which also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow). It works by tackling high blood pressure and high cholesterol at the same time in one tablet.
Inhibits HMG-CoA reductase to reduce cholesterol synthesis, blocks ACE to decrease angiotensin II formation and reduce vasoconstriction, and blocks L-type calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle to promote vasodilation, collectively lowering blood pressure and cardiovascular risk.
