Take one tablet once daily, preferably at the same time each day. It can be taken with or without food. Your doctor will decide whether you need the lower strength (Marcnol 5/2.5) or the higher strength (Marcnol-10/5). Swallow the tablet whole with water — do not crush or chew it. Do not stop taking it even if you feel fine, as high blood pressure often has no symptoms.
