Who is this for?
This is a combination medicine containing two blood pressure-lowering drugs: Amlodipine (which relaxes your blood vessels) and Ramipril (which stops your body from making a chemical that tightens blood vessels). Together, they work to bring your blood pressure down more effectively than either drug alone.
Blocks L-type calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle, causing vasodilation and reduced peripheral resistance, while inhibiting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) to prevent angiotensin II formation, thereby decreasing vasoconstriction and aldosterone-mediated sodium retention.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Never take two tablets at once to make up for a missed dose.
