Who is this for?
This is a combination drug containing two blood pressure medicines: Amlodipine (which relaxes your blood vessels) and Olmesartan (which blocks a chemical that tightens blood vessels). They work together to lower high blood pressure more effectively than either one alone.
Blocks L-type calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle, reducing vasoconstriction, while simultaneously antagonizing angiotensin II type 1 (AT1) receptors to inhibit the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, resulting in synergistic vasodilation and reduced peripheral vascular resistance.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Never take two tablets at once to make up for a missed dose.
Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly because you feel fine, as high blood pressure usually has no symptoms, but stopping can cause dangerous spikes. Only buy from licensed pharmacies and not from roadside vendors, as fake blood pressure drugs are common in Nigeria.
