Adults should take 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) three to four times daily, usually after meals and at bedtime. Shake the bottle well before use. You can take it between meals if you feel heartburn or stomach discomfort. Do not take more than the recommended dose in 24 hours.
