This is a skin cream that combines three ingredients: allantoin soothes and helps heal damaged skin, dimethicone forms a protective barrier to lock in moisture, and urea softens rough, dry, or cracked skin by drawing water into it.
Enhances skin hydration and barrier function by occluding transepidermal water loss (dimethicone), increasing moisture retention through humectant action (urea), and promoting keratinocyte desquamation and skin softening (allantoin), while reducing surface tension to improve skin penetration and elasticity.

If you forget to apply it, just apply it when you remember and continue as normal. This is a moisturising cream, so missing one application is not dangerous. Just try to use it regularly for best results.
